Come and see

On Sundays, we gather as a church for worship. Come and see that the Lord is good.

COME AS YOU ARE

Every Sunday we gather for worship! We think you'll feel right at home and welcomed into a community of people seeking to show God's love. Come as you are and join in the singing, fellowship, and listening to the Good News of Jesus preached.  We expect God to do something in our hearts and lives every Sunday.

Jesus said, "Come unto me, all who are weary, and I will give you rest." Jesus wants us to come with no pretense.  As we are. Guilty sinners in need of God's grace.

If you want to dress up or put on a snapback, it doesn't matter.  What matters is that you come.  And that you come with a heart ready to meet with Jesus. Plan your visit and let us know you're coming!

10:30am | 1500 Druid Hill Ave.

What to Expect

When you arrive, you'll be met by a greeter who will give you a bulletin for the day. This will include announcements and lyrics for songs we will sing (lyrics will also be provided on the screen). As you come in, there will be some additional information on a table in the foyer. Feel free to sit anywhere in the auditorium as the service begins. We also have a bookstore available with very affordably priced books which we recommend you consider reading. Be sure to check out the bookstore before or after. When we are finished, we will provide refreshments in the hallway and invite you to stick around.

Our services are about an hour and a half and we follow a flow of worship (a.k.a. "service order")  which include a call to worship, usually a corporate reading as a confession of faith, songs filled with grace and truth, a time of silent confession and assurance of forgiveness, preaching, and the Lord's Supper.

We offer a small nursery space for babies through 4 years old. For 5 y/o and up, we encourage children to sit in the service and participate in worship with their parents. They can still be wiggly, but we think it's worth it for them to see you worship Jesus! We call this a family approach to worship!

Parking is all street parking. If there is no parking immediately in front of the building, you'll find plenty of parking available taking a right onto Mosher St. and on Division St.

Before you leave, please fill out a communication card and drop it in the offering bo so we can follow up!

We would love to meet you.

Let us know you're coming!
